.Overview:.
✷ By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service, regardless of whether or not you've actually read them.
✷ Terms of service may be updated at any time, any changes will immediately go into effect.
✷ I retain all ownership rights to my created works; I may use and display them to my own discretion.
Commissions can be made private for a small fee. I will not share private commissions with anyone other than the client.
✷ Clients must be 18 years or older to commission. I will not work through a parent or guardian.
.Payment:.
✷ I accept payment through Paypal or Square invoice.
✷ Full upfront payment is required before the commission is started. You must pay within 48 hours of the commission being accepted, or your slot will be forfeited.
.Process:.
✷ Turnaround is 1-4 weeks, unless specified otherwise. Deadlines can be requested, no sooner than 1 week from payment exchange.
✷ By default, I will send the client the sketch stage of the commission, finishing the commission after the sketch is approved. You may request additional updates on the commission's progress at any time.
✷ Large edits such as a change in pose, expression, etc. may be requested during the sketch stage of the commission.
✷ Any large edits requested later in the commission process will incur an edit fee.
✷ Frequent or tedious edits in the sketch stage onward will incur an edit fee.
✷ Edits will no longer be considered 48 hours after the client recieves their finished commission.
✷ The client will recieve a high quality .PNG file of the commission upon completion.

✷ Commissioned work is for personal use ONLY.
✷ Commercial use is not permitted without explicit consent.
Commissions for commercial use must be agreed upon, outlining clear terms between artist and client. This will incur a commercial usage free, and potentially artist royalties.
✷ I retain the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
✷ Artwork may not be associated with, or used to train generative AI.
✷ Commissioned work must be attributed to me, provide credit when appropriate. You may not claim ownership or authorship of a commission.
.Cancellation and refunds:.
✷ I retain the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
✷ You may request a refund at any point during the commission process. You must receive explicit permission to begin the refund process, the refund will then be made in partial or in full depending on the current progress of the commission.
EX: a commission that is 80% finished will recieve a 20% refund.
Only commissions that have not been started may be refunded in full.
✷ Finished commissions may not be refunded for any reason.
